Mawashi Geri Jodan ( Roundhouse kick to the face)

Ura Mawashi Geri Jodan ( Reverse hook kick )
Mae Geri Jodan ( Front kick to head )
Mae Tobi Geri ( Jumping front kick )
Ushiro Geri ( Spinning back kick )
Ushiro Yoko Geri ( Spinning side kick )

IPPON KUMITE
For 2nd KYU, - Brown Belt, the karate -ka can choose their own blocks and counters to use against a number of pre determined attacks. However, the blocks and counters must be performed with a
higher degree of skill and accuracy than on previous gradings, and must also be
performed from both Hidari ( Left ) and Migi ( Right ) stance. Also, the block and counter combinations must be selected from the official Bujinkai Ippon Kumite syllabus, which will be taught to you by your instructor. The attacks to defend against, are :
Attack 1 = Rear head lock - Jodan
Attack 2 = Side head lock - Jodan
Attack 3 = Kizama Tsuki - Jodan
Attack 4 = Mawashi Geri - Jodan
Attack 5 = Yoko Ganmen Uraken - Jodan
Attack 6 = Mae Geri - Chudan
Attack 7 = Mawashi Geri Chudan
Attack 8 = Gyakutsuki - Chudan
JIYU IPPON KUMITE
Building upon the skills learnt in Ippon Kumite, the karate-ka must be able to demonstrate a wide range of blocks and counters, performed with chi-mei (knockout blow), against a pre determined attack of the examiners choice. Jiyu Ippon Kumite is performed from Hanmi Gamae.
JIYU KUMITE
The karate-ka must be able to demonstrate good control and varied technique whilst free fighting with a
student of a similar or higher grade. Good fighting spirit is of the utmost importance.
