At last years summer Gashku, David Thornton, James Humphries, and Spencer Humphries
were all promoted to Shodan (1st Dan) black belt.
On the 2005 summer Gashku ( August 2005 ), Rob Dixon was promoted to Yon-dan ( 4th Dan).
On the 2004 Gashku, the following Stockport Dan Grades were promoted:
Northern Area Chief Instructor Sensei Mike Heapy was promoted to Go-Dan ( 5th Dan )
Stockports Louise Dandy was promoted to San-Dan ( 3rd Dan).
Marples vey own Julie Joyce was promoted to Sho-Dan (1st Dan)
