Learn "Real" Karate, Not Sport
Karate is known primarily as a striking art, featuring punching, & kicking. Indeed, much of the karate seen in Karate clubs today is a diluted form of the original art, with many of the most devastating techniques stripped away in the interest of safety. Through one to one tuition, you will learn a complete system, including knee/elbow strikes and open handed techniques, grappling, joint manipulations, locks, restrains, throws and vital point striking, all of which are inherent to the art
.

Karate is for Everyone 
Karate is for everyone. In addition to being an excellent form of self defence, (which could save your life), Karate has many other benefits, both physical and mental.
 
Practicing the way of Karate improves your self discipline, gives you increased self confidence, and above all, teaches respect, for oneself and for others.

Practicing Karate correctly on a regular basis could improve your overall well being. As your strength, stamina and suppleness improve, so too will your Karate techniques. You may also benefit from improved mental focus, and concentration.
 

Your Karate lessons will be carried out at a pace to suit you, and you will not be asked to do anything that is beyond your capabilities.
 
You will not need to buy any expensive equipment, and you can train where ever you feel most comfortable - indoors or outdoors, the choice is yours.

One to one Karate Tuition is provided for all age groups, from age 5 to 65.
