Get Fit - Martial Fitness

Our unique exercise programme, Martial Fitness, is based around techniques and training methods from the Martial Arts, but there is no actual combat or physical contact. You will kick, punch and manoeuvre your way through an exciting and demanding training routine, which incorporates exercises for the whole body, to increase your stamina, strength, and suppleness.

In addition to the physical benefits, Martial Fitness will challenge you mentally, as you aim to get your mind and body working together. Whether its working with kick shields and focus mitts (a great way to let off steam), to working on some slow passive stretching, our diverse workout will give you a high level of satisfaction, both physically and mentally. Whatever your fitness goals, losing a few pounds, toning up, or training for a specific sport, Martial Fitness will help you achieve them quicker, - that's guaranteed !
